主要职责
1. 参与制定新项目的设备设计方案及投资预算与供应商进行技术沟通确保符合工艺和安全要求
2. 起草RFQRequest for Quotation并与供应商进行确认收集并审核供应商的详细报价信息确认最终设计方案
3. 协调项目进度包括供应商的设备生产和调试预验收与正式验收设备操作培训等
4. 项目导入后与维修工程师就设备图纸程序易损件清单设备使用及维护保养等事项进行交接
5. 产线Fanuc机器人AGV(自动牵引车)等专用设备的保养以及设备相关的troubleshooting
6. 履行该岗位应履行的安全生产责任确保所有工作符合公司安全规范及要求
7. 管理层安排的其他工作
任职资格
1. 电气机械等专业大专及以上学历
2. 2年以上机械行业设备/工艺相关工作经验
3. 具备一定的机械或电气专业知识能读懂图纸
4. 较强的动手能力
5. 良好的沟通协调能力较强的责任心
6. 较好的团队合作意识
