About the Company

We are a fast-growing biotech startup based in Zurich operating at the cutting edge of peptide therapeutics drug delivery and AI-driven compound discovery. As we continue to scale we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to help drive cross-functional initiatives streamline operations and ensure projects are executed efficiently across the business.

The Role

As Project Manager you will work closely with leadership scientific teams and external stakeholders to coordinate strategic projects manage timelines improve operational workflows and keep key initiatives on track. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoys bringing structure organisation and momentum to ambitious projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across operations research and business teams
• Track project timelines deliverables risks and dependencies
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners/vendors
• Build and improve operational processes to support company growth
• Prepare project updates reports and presentations for leadership
• Manage meeting schedules agendas follow-ups and action items
• Support budgeting resource planning and project documentation
• Identify bottlenecks proactively and implement solutions before issues escalate
• Ensure projects remain aligned with company goals priorities and deadlines

What We Are Looking For

• Based in Zurich this is a firm requirement
• 3 years of experience in project management operations or startup environments
• Experience within biotech healthcare life sciences or scientific industries is highly advantageous
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English; German and/or French is a significant plus
• Proactive resourceful and solutions-oriented mindset
• Strong experience with digital tools project management platforms and online systems
• High level of professionalism discretion and trustworthiness when handling sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in startups or scaling companies
• Familiarity with scientific or technical teams
• Experience with tools such as Notion Asana ClickUp Jira Slack or similar platforms
• Project management certifications are a plus but not required
