AI Transformation Change Manager
Contract - 6 months

Bournemouth - Hybrid (2/3 days a week on site)
Were supporting a leading organisation in the search for an experienced AI Transformation Change Manager to join on an initial 6-month contract.
This role will play a key part in delivering the framework & foundations for the rollout adoption and measurable usage of new AI-enabled tooling across Engineering and Product functions helping embed AI-driven ways of working into day-to-day operations and delivery practices.
Working closely with senior technology and business leadership the successful candidate will lead change activity across a large-scale transformation programme while also collaborating with parallel strategic initiatives with overlapping stakeholders and dependencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the adoption and embedding of AI-enabled tools and processes across Engineering and Product teams
- Develop frameworks governance and foundational ways of working to support long-term AI enablement
- Define and implement user adoption and engagement measures including tracking reporting and success metrics
- Lead change planning communications stakeholder engagement and organisational readiness activity
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across tooling capability uplift delivery governance and workforce transformation
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Technology Product HR and wider business functions
- Proactively identify risks dependencies and opportunities across multiple transformation initiatives
- Support cultural and behavioural change to drive sustainable adoption and business impact
Required Experience
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-wide AI digital or technology transformation programmes
- Strong background in change management within large complex organisations
- Experience creating adoption frameworks governance models or transformation foundations
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across technology and business functions
- Experience working within Engineering and Product-led environments (Agile / iterative delivery)
- Strong programme coordination planning reporting and delivery management capability
- Proactive hands-on approach with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced transformation environments
