We are looking for a confident and driven Team Leader to join our Letterkenny site someone who can lead by example inspire others and deliver results in a fast-paced production environment.
In this pivotal role you will be responsible for loading specialized equipment into modular builds managing daily operations and ensuring project-based production of Power Modules and associated products meets the highest standards of quality safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities:
- Drive performance and maintain standards consistent with company expectations for all employees and contractors.
- Manage resources schedules and manpower to achieve production targets and meet customer deadlines.
- Support first-line management duties including coaching training and performance assessments.
- Foster a positive motivated team culture focused on collaboration accountability and continuous improvement.
- Uphold high standards of Health & Safety and promote best practice across the site.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within production.

Essential Skills Qualifications/Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve production goals and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Experience in moving large switchgear panels into modular builds with the ability to drive 7 12 tonne fork-lifts.
- Strong awareness of Health & Safety in a factory environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including advanced Excel).
