Public Works Maintenance Operations Supervisor Water

What will you do in this position

• Water System Operations:Oversee water distribution system operations maintenance shutdowns asset planning and water quality (chlorine residuals flushing contamination prevention).
  • Oversight of SCADA/pressure zones and system hydraulics.
• Regulatory Compliance & Asset Management: Ensure compliance with DOH regulations reporting requirements and preventive maintenance programs.
• Emergency Response & Safety: Manage emergency repairs outage response system restoration and enforce safety standards.
• Leadership & Crew Management: Lead field crews coordinate daily operations training schedules and contractor activities.
• Communication & Process Improvement: Respond to customer concerns coordinate public notifications and improve operational procedures and performance.
