Pay Rate: $20.14 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors contractors and/or employees while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols at a government location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate with site contacts and emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings grounds parking areas access points and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances gates and/or restricted areas by verifying credentials observing vehicle and pedestrian traffic and reporting suspicious behavior or policy violations.
• Complete routine reports document incidents and/or observations and support emergency response activities in accordance with Allied Universal standards and site expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Have customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
