Job Summary
Bring your energy to Aggreko as Service Manager based in Riyadh .
As a Service Manager you will be accountable for driving operational excellence throughout your responsible depot(s) and on-site activities leading best in class service to our customer base. You will ensure maximum availability of our equipment utilizing high quality maintenance procedures and financial acumen in-line with Aggreko policies and procedures.
What youll do as Service Manager :
Manage the depot service team to achieve forecasted goals and effectively manage P&L related responsibilities whilst implementing cost control measures within published guidelines and authority levels & providing (Power Temperature control & ancillaries to support KSA and other Middle Eastern regions as & when required.
Active involvement & leading the management of CDH GSCS Audits & PAV (physical asset verification) of the depot by carrying out regular inspections & support as applicable.
Driving preset global operational directives & carrying out monthly cost analysis in line with the depots target & set KPIs.
Conduct induction performance appraisal development and training of direct reports & technical support to the clients and internal teams where applicable.

You are:
Must have experience previously in rental business & at supervisory level.
Higher Education qualification in Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent qualifications with extensive knowledge and experience in mechanical or electrical field and/or power generation.
Possession of valid local Driving License as per the need of the business and the ability to travel as & when required.
Fluent command of English language spoken and written with effective communication.
Good Computer literate skills and extensive experience using Microsoft office. Must be able to read/write documentation soft reporting & analysis.
Capable of working under your own initiative. Quality oriented with attention to details and capable of working to deadlines. Proficient in team building and setting goals and/or KPIs for your team with active monitoring and ensuring completion of all set goals.
