Huntsmans Performance Products Customer Service team is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Kraków this role you willbe responsible fordelivering highquality endtoend OrdertoCash (O2C) services for a dedicated customer portfolio.
You will act as the key point of contact for customers managing the full lifecycle from order receipt through delivery invoicing and aftersales support. Role Responsibilities:
As aCustomer Service Representative you willbe responsible for:
Manage the complete customer service process from order entry to dispatch and invoicing using SAP standard processes.
Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal stakeholders including Sales Supply Chain Logistics Technical Support Credit Control and other O2C functions.
Maintain proactive communication with customers providingtimelyupdates on orders deliveries and potential issues.
Monitor customer accounts and order booksidentifyingand resolving risks such as delivery delays credit blocks or availability constraints.
Ensureall service requests are handled in line with established procedures KPIs SLAs and quality standards.
Control dispatch and billing readiness in SAP ensuringaccuratesystemhousekeeping andtimelyremoval of obsolete stock demands.
Support resolution of supply or forecasting issues through daily operational meetings.
Manage documentation requirements including amendments legalizations and certifications in line with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Operationally manage Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and consignment processes in close cooperation with customers.
Oversee settlement processes for rebates and commissions for assigned accounts.
Provide backup support to other Customer Service Representatives when.
Experience and Competencies:
What we are looking for:
ABachelors or Mastersdegree.
Proven experience in a Customer Service role within a complex international environment.
Exposure to export trade and S&OP processes (strong advantage).
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office; SAP experience is highly desirable.
Fluency inEnglish and French is required.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
A structured and organized working style with flexibility to manage changing priorities.
A collaborative positivemindsetand the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
