What Youll Do
- Join our team as a Professional House Cleaner working in teams of two a partner has your back from day one
- Follow our proven cleaning process well teach you everything during 5 days of paid training
- Communicate clearly with your partner your clients and your managers youll spend most of your day out in the field so being a strong communicator matters
- Check in with management when needed flag concerns early and handle any client issues professionally (or bring them to us)
What Were Looking For
Must-haves:
- Reliable well-maintained vehicle and valid Colorado drivers license
- 18 years or older able to pass a background check (no felonies)
- On your feet all day bending lifting (up to 30 lbs)
- Available Monday through Friday full-time
- Strong communicator whos comfortable working independently and with a partner
- Detail-oriented resourceful and good at managing your time
- Someone who genuinely cares about doing quality work and treating clients homes with respect
Nice-to-haves (but not required):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior cleaning housekeeping or customer service experience
- Interest in growing into a trainer or leadership role
How You Get Paid
This isnt a clock-in clock-out hourly job. You earn a commission on every home you clean which means the better and more efficient you get the more you make. Most of our cleaners average $100$200 per day and youre done when your homes are done (not stuck watching the clock until 5pm). Tips are on top of that. Great reviews from happy clients mean real extra money in your pocket.
