As a Security Officer Patrol Communications in Danvers MA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a healthcare location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas complete routine rounds and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. Pay Rate: $17.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff patients visitors and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures access-related protocols and when appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents unusual activity and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings parking areas and the perimeter to help identify potential concerns report hazards and support security-related operations.
• Monitor entrances exits and other designated areas to help control access observe visitor activity and follow post orders related to restricted or sensitive spaces.
• Complete routine reports logs and/or incident documentation and relay important information during shift changes to support continuity of security-related duties.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
