Location:Hercules CA (Hybrid 3 days onsite must be local)

Duration:3-Month Contract (Strong potential for extension)

Pay Rate:$40/hr

Schedule:Full-time MondayFriday (9:00 AM 6:00 PM)

About the Role

Our client is seeking aJunior Graphic Designerto support day-to-day design execution across a variety of marketing channels includingdigital print and event materials. This role is highly execution-focused working withinestablished templates and design systems while collaborating closely withart directors team leads and cross-functional partners.

The ideal candidate isdetail-oriented collaborative and comfortable taking direction with the ability to produce high-quality work efficiently while maintainingbrand consistency and visual standards. This role requires someone who can manage multiple projects meet deadlines and contribute to a fast-paced team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Executehigh-volume design workacross digital and print channels using established templates and brand systems

Create and adapt layouts forweb banners social media posts email modules presentations (PPT) and event materials

Prepare and finalize artwork forprint and digital production ensuring proper specifications and accuracy

Collaborate withart directors and team leadsto implement creative direction and feedback

Work cross-functionally withcopywriters product managers and other designersto align on project goals and deliverables

Participate indaily check-ins design critiques and feedback sessions

Maintain and updatedesign systems templates and component libraries

Ensure all work aligns withbrand guidelines accessibility standards and project requirements

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintainingtimelines organization and attention to detail

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree inGraphic Design Graphic Arts or related field

24 years of Graphic Design experiencein a professional setting

Strong experience withday-to-day design executionacross digital and print assets

Proven ability to work withintemplates and established design systemswhile maintaining quality and consistency

Strong understanding oflayout typography color theory and visual composition

Experience designing forweb social media email and presentation materials (PPT)

Ability totake direction from an Art Directorand apply feedback effectively

Experience preparing files forprint and digital production(specs formatting exports etc.)

Experience collaborating withcross-functional teams(marketing product content etc.)

Strong organizational skills with the ability tomanage multiple projects and deadlines

Clear and professionalcommunication skills (verbal and written)

High attention to detail with a strong focus onaccuracy and brand consistency

Proficiency inAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)andFigma

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in afast-paced collaborative environment

Exposure todesign systems and component-based workflows

Experience supportingmarketing or product teams
