Job Summary

Job Title: Water Aerobics Instructor Speer Branch YMCA

Description: Seeking a dynamic Water Aerobics Instructor to lead engaging water exercise classes. This role focuses on instructing participants using proper form and technique to promote fitness in a fun and supportive environment.

Requirements:

Must be at least 16 years of age
Ability to work evenings & Mondays
Current certification in aerobics and/or water aerobics or prior experience leading water aerobics classes
CPR/AED/Oxygen Administration certification preferred
Strong interpersonal listening and customer service skills
Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds abilities and perspectives
A natural ability to build rapport and inspire others
Commitment to upholding the YMCAs core values
Pass a 10-panel drug screen
Clear a Level 2 background check*

Pay & Perks: Part-time$22.00 - $25.00 per class based on experience. Free individual YMCA membership and discount for family.
