About the Role

We are looking for passionate Interns to assist our Delivery team in resolving common day-to-day challenges in Enterprise Cloud and ITO Infrastructure (Active Directory Servers Storage Backup Database Middleware Networks etc) services. The Intern would need to be eager to explore new things including elements of AI in helping us improve our services delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in research and documentation related to AI technologies and their applications in enterprise environments.
• Support infrastructure-related tasks such as monitoring systems basic troubleshooting and configuration under supervision.
• Help with endpoint device management (Windows macOS mobile devices) including inventory checks and basic setup.
• Participate in testing and validation of AI-driven tools and automation workflows.
• Prepare reports and presentations on findings and progress.

Required Skills & Knowledge

(Since these are students focus on foundational skills and willingness to learn)

• Basic understanding of AI concepts (e.g. machine learning chatbots automation).
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure fundamentals (Servers Database Backups Networks Middleware and cloud basics).
• Familiarity with multiple OS platform (Windows Unix Linux macOS mobile platforms).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel PowerPoint Word).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

• Exposure to scripting languages (Python PowerShell) or interest in learning.
• Awareness of cloud platforms (Azure AWS or GCP).
• Understanding of cybersecurity basics.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Computer Science IT Engineering or related fields.
• Strong interest in AI and modern workplace technologies.
• Eager to explore new technologies and improve the company delivery.

Must be currently enrolled in a degree or Diploma program (Any computer related program) at College or University
