Physical Therapist Supervisor

• Perform comprehensive initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluations

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals and patient goals
• Provide hands-on orthopedic interventions including:

• • Therapeutic exercise
  • Manual therapy techniques
  • Neuromuscular re-education
  • Gait and balance training
  • IASTYM / Kinesiotaping
  • Modalities as indicated

• Educate patients and caregivers on diagnosis prognosis home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with clinic payer and regulatory guidelines
• Communicate effectively with referring physicians and other healthcare providers
• Ensure a high standard of patient satisfaction and quality of care
• Maintain a clean safe and organized treatment environment
• Participate in team meetings continuing education and clinic initiatives as required

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Masters degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Current state Physical Therapy license (or eligibility for licensure)
• CPR certification and BLS
