Warehouse Shipping Associate (2nd shift)

Location: Irvine CA ( Local candidates only)

Pay Rate: $24.50/hr (Weekly pay Medical Benefits)

Duration: 12 month contract ( Great potential for extension)

Shift: M-F 1:30pm 10pm(2nd shift)

**This role requires stable work history. Must have experience working in Warehouse and shipping/receiving. Can use computers and learn other programs to put in inventory.

Can attend Training Period: First 4 weeks on First Shift (6:00 AM 2:30 PM) before moving to 2nd shift hours

Role Overview

This role is open to entry-level and experienced candidates interested in warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Forklift Associate you will support daily warehouse activities including receiving inventory management material movement and order preparation. You will work in SAP operate warehouse equipment (including forklifts) and assist other departments as needed.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Receive store pick pack ship and distribute materials
• Perform real-time transactions in the SAP ERP system
• Conduct cycle counts and other inventory transactions
• Verify incoming goods against documentation
• Perform initial quality checks on incoming materials
• Maintain accurate inventory levels by monitoring stock
• Load and unload trucks and storage containers
• Safely operate motorized and non-motorized equipment including forklifts
• Support other warehouse or production areas when needed

Required Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1 yrs of experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations
• Experience to perform receiving picking packing inventory counts and material movement
• Comfortable working with SAP or similar inventory systems (SAP experience is a plus)
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft and Excel
• Abilityor experience to operate or be trained to operate a forklift
• In the future; must be able to get a forklift certification and keep a clean driving record
• Experience in a manufacturing environment (perishable products preferred)
• Ability to lift move and handle materials safely
• Goal-oriented team player with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to train on first shift and move to second shift
• Pass Background check and drug screening
• Requires a clean driving record
