Job Summary
Hypemaker is an award-winning full service global creative agency that specializes in all stages of production from research and strategy to ideation and creation. Empowering brands through powerful stories with compelling visuals Hypemakers clients encompass a wide range of industries such as fashion lifestyle automotive tech FMCG and more.
Responsibilities:
- Assist line manager in project administration in a proactive accurate and timely manner.
- Collect competitive research and prepare reports.
- Handle clients and vendors financial and payment process.
- Set up meeting prepare agenda and take meeting minutes to eusure all parties are on the same page of project status.
Requirements:
- Major in Advertising Marketing Communications or relevant areas.
- Passionate to advertising and media industry.
- Internet savvy and familiar with fashion beauty sportswear and youth culture.
- Be able to multi-task.
- Highly detail orientated be able to handle complicated projects with clear mind.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office and Keynote.
- Fluent in mandarin Chinese and fluent in written & oral English.
