Lead Dentist Lawrenceville GA

The Position:
We are currently seeking a Lead Dentist to join a brand-new de novo private practice opening in Lawrenceville Georgia. This is a unique opportunity to help build and shape a modern patient-focused practice from the ground up while working alongside a collaborative clinical team. The ideal candidate is clinically confident efficient and comfortable in a leadership role within a growing practice.

Practice Overview:

De novo private practice
4 operatories
2 dentists 2 hygienists
Open Dental software
100% FFS / PPO patient base
Modern build with strong emphasis on quality care and patient experience

Schedule:

4-day work week
Tuesday through Thursday 8:00 AM 4:00 PM

Compensation:

$1200 daily guarantee

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive general dentistry care
Perform molar endodontics
Perform surgical extractions
Help establish and grow clinical workflows in a new practice
Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced setting

Requirements:

Active Dental license in the state of Georgia
Proficiency in molar endo and surgical extractions
Bilingual preferred
Strong communication and patient management skills
