Lead Network Engineer Lan (Rosebank Hybrid) Up To R1.5M Per Annum

Technical Requirements

• 7 years hands-on experience managing enterprise network environments and teams.
• In-depth knowledge of Cisco switching platforms (Catalyst Nexus) and Cisco DNA Center.
• Strong understanding of routing protocols (OSPF EIGRP BGP) STP variants VXLAN multicast QoS and SD Access concepts.
• Experience with network automation (Python/Ansible/Git) and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Solid understanding of NAC (Cisco ISE) firewall policies and segmentation.
• Soft Skills & Organizational Requirements
• Ability to develop and present technical strategies to leadership.
• Strong documentation capability and adherence to change control & ITIL processes.
• Analytical thinking proactive problem-solving and operational discipline.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Computer Engineering or a related field (essential).
• Professional Certifications:

• CCNP Enterprise (required)
• CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure (preferred but not essential)
• Additional certifications such as JNCIP/JNCIE Aruba Fortinet NSE or network automation credentials (advantageous).
