As our next Machine Builder youll be at the forefront of building assembling and commissioning custom automation equipment. Your expertise in mechanical assembly and industrial automation systems will be crucial in delivering highquality machinery solutions and supporting successful project execution from build through customer acceptance.

What Youll Be Doing:

Read and interpret engineering drawings schematics and bills of materials
Assemble and fit complex parts and subassemblies for custom automation equipment
Integrate pneumatic and hydraulic systems into machinery
Fabricate and machine basic components as required
Conduct testing and perform adjustments to ensure equipment meets specifications
Support machine debug integration and commissioning activities
Coordinate with electricians and PLC programmers during machine builds
Train customers maintenance and operators on equipment and safety procedures
Verify part conformance using precision measuring instruments
Participate in design reviews and recommend improvements for manufacturability
Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain organized work areas

What Were Looking For:

Diploma or equivalent technical training or relevant experience
5 years of experience in automation machine building or millwright work
Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly and blueprint reading
Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Ability to use precision measurement tools (calipers micrometers gauges)
Strong mechanical aptitude and problemsolving skills

Bonus Points If You Have:

Machining experience
Experience with rigging and lifting techniques
Exposure to full machine build and commissioning environments
Familiarity with MS Office tools
