We are seeking an energetic customer-focused Sales Associate to support day-to-day retail operations while delivering exceptional service to visitors from around the world. What Youll Do

• Welcome customers and provide an engaging positive shopping experience
• Assist guests with product recommendations promotions and purchases
• Process sales returns and exchanges accurately through POS systems
• Support merchandising efforts restocking pricing and display organization
• Maintain cleanliness and visual presentation standards throughout the store
• Assist with shipment processing inventory counts and stock organization
• Collaborate with leadership and teammates to achieve store goals
• Participate in promotional initiatives and customer engagement activities
• Support opening/closing procedures and daily operational tasks

What Were Looking For

• Previous retail or customer service experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly professional and customer-first attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
• Basic POS system and cash-handling experience
• Reliable adaptable and eager to learn
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexible schedule availability including weekends evenings and holidays
