Position Summary

This position acts as regional business support for accounting issues general systems and business processes including testing and auditing.

Key Activities

• Provide business support on invoicing and accounting issues.
• Support employees management and the Finance division on business technology and systems including:
  • Epic
  • PolicyWorks
  • CSR24 / Certificate Exchange
  • Indio
• Create and maintain local workflows processes and reference guides.
• Build and maintain mail merges and reporting automations including monitoring output accuracy.
• Act as testing lead for software installations and releases.
• Establish and perform audits.
• Coordinate the Business Systems Champion network.
• Lead or contribute to ad hoc projects including data preparation and analysis business case drafting and project leadership.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years insurance industry experience
• Experience in a variety of insurance roles such as Team Assistant and Insurance Advisor
• Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills (analyze diagnose resolve)
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under timeline pressure
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong overall computer proficiency
• Advanced MS Word and Excel
• AI Fluency
• CAIB CIP or FCIP designations preferred

The expected salary range for this position is$55000to $85000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience andworking location as well as the specific positions business line scope and level.
