- Lead interviews screening and onboarding for new hires
- Network with candidate resources (colleges online networks and community events)
- Work with Coaching Team to ensure seasonal coaching needs are met
- Responsible for ensuring coaches have a positive impact on the organizations NPS scores
- Create a culture representative of Soccer Shots Core Values within the team in coordination with the Program Director and Coaching Manager
- Responsible for schedule completion each season
- Coaching based on business need 5-10 sessions per week per season
- Responsible for assistance in planning preparing and executing the seasonal coaches meetings
- Work with Program Director and Coaching Manager in creating and developing processes that enhance the Coaching Department
- Implement the companys high standard for coaching and develop a team of high performing coaches
- Manage and develop the training process for all new coaches
- Conduct seasonal evaluations on all coaches
- Coordinate evaluation performance and retraining programs for coaches that do not meet the Soccer Shots standards
- Input all evaluations within 24 hours
- Ensures new coaches complete training process
- Evaluate and update training process and evaluation at least 1 time per year (November/December) or earlier if needed
- Collaborate with the People Operations Department to ensure compliance with coaches
- Maintain recruitment and training scorecard as well as key performance indicators to appropriately forecast future recruitment needs
- Ensuring there is regular upkeep of the departments tools for recruitment training & development
- For Soccer Shots to be the best run most popular and most successful program offered in the Nashville region.
- For Soccer Shots to have a reputation of excellence. An objective measure of each territorys reputation for quality will be learned in the Net Promoter Score survey conducted at the end of each season
- To be a Top 10% franchise in participant registration and revenue (in category) and per capita rating and to meet and exceed seasonal and annual enrollment and revenue goals
- Prompt reliable and professional communicationresponds immediately to customers (parents directors staff) and always responds to supervisor and other Soccer Shots support staff within 24 hours
- Meet weekly seasonal and annual timelines and deadlines. Develop systems to stay organized keep good records and be efficient with your time
- Meet seasonal performance goals. Go above and beyond company expectations to sell promote and market our program prior to each season
- Provide excellent customer service
- Adhere to all company policies and represent Soccer Shots with professionalism and integrity
- Hire train and manage a staff of coaches who will uphold a standard of excellence and create a positive reputation for Soccer Shots
- Performance will be reviewed after the first 60 days of employment
- Objectives of the position and company expectations will be reviewed quarterly through a meeting with supervisor

- Bachelors Degree Required
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience
- Experience in full cycle recruitment or talent acquisition sourcing screening talent pool ATS and on-boarding
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Google Docs and MS Office
- Warm motivated and approachable personality
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
