Galderma is seeking an ambitious and commercially strong Sales Lead (Aesthetics Injectables - Toxins) to join our Injectable Aesthetics business in Saudi Arabia. This is a high-visibility leadership opportunity to drive one of our most strategic growth categories in a dynamic and fast-evolving market.

As Sales Lead you will own the commercial success of our aesthetic toxins portfolio leading launch excellence market expansion customer adoption advocacy development and cross-functional execution. You will play a critical role in shaping category leadership and delivering sustainable profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead national commercial strategy and execution for the aesthetic injectable (neuromodulator/ toxins) portfolio.
• Drive launch readiness customer adoption and market penetration plans.
• Develop segmentation targeting pricing and account growth strategies.
• Build strong relationships with key healthcare professionals KOLs and strategic customers.
• Lead advocacy training and educational initiatives to accelerate product uptake.
• Monitor sales performance market share competitor dynamics and customer insights.
• Manage budgets investments vendors and commercial resources effectively.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales Marketing Medical Finance Supply Chain Regulatory and regional teams.
• Ensure full compliance with company standards and local regulations.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Pharmacy Science or related field.
• Strong commercial experience in the dermatology or aesthetics industries.
• Proven success in product launches category growth or brand leadership roles.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability.
