Why This Role
Were hiring an HR Coordinator & Office Manager to help support and scale our Berlin office during an exciting period of growth.
This role sits within the People team with a close partnership and dual reporting relationship into our Workplace function. Youll partner closely with two distributed teams across different countries helping create a great employee experience both in-person and virtually for our Berlin team and broader global organization.
A big part of this role is being comfortable operating across both environments:
the physical office environment
the distributed virtual environment
Youll help create a welcoming office experience in Berlin while also supporting employees through Slack onboarding coordination People workflows and distributed collaboration with the global People team.
Were looking for someone highly organized proactive service-oriented and energized by both in-person interaction and remote collaboration. This role is ideal for someone with prior HR or People coordination exposure alongside strong office or operational coordination experience.
This is an opportunity to become a highly trusted operator inside a scaling company and gain meaningful exposure across People Operations employee experience workplace operations and international team support.

Youll work on things like:
onboarding and offboarding coordination
employee documentation and HR systems
supporting employee questions and People team Slack channels
supporting German employment-related processes and local compliance coordination
office operations and workplace experience
team events office culture and vendor coordination
Were looking for someone who can create a positive employee experience both virtually and in-person someone thoughtful organized and highly dependable.
This role is best suited for someone who:
has experience in HR coordination office management workplace operations or administrative support
has some exposure to HR or People Operations processes
has familiarity with German employment practices or local employment coordination
is fluent in both German and English
is comfortable supporting globally distributed teams
can operate autonomously while keeping multiple stakeholders informed
is comfortable balancing priorities across two teams and managers
