Key Responsibilities

• Collaborating with your peers and engaging with Software Engineers Product Managers Delivery as part of our cross functional teams

• Advocating for the utilisation of the quality-first mindset throughout the development process

• Ensuring that we are embedding quality into our processes utilising relevant techniques and heuristics whererequiredto ensure effective testing and feedback loops

• You will be hands on working with engineers to test and measure quality as products are being built

• This is a hybrid role - you are expected to be in the (x) officeat least2 days a week with occasional travel to other offices whererequired.

Requirements

• 5 years within the quality engineering space

• Proven experience in leading and coaching junior engineers when it comes to quality and embedding it into teams.

• You havea strong desireto continually improve with an innate curiosity and an eye for detail

• You have excellent communication skills with the ability to proactively seek out and raise risks with relevant team members and leadership working with them to help resolve any issues.

• You have a strong understanding of testing techniquesheuristicsand processes - and how/when they are implemented during the development process

• You have astrongunderstanding of test automation its benefits and how it should be implemented along with knowledge of can also prove that you have implementedframeworksand developmentstandards forgreen-fieldprojects.

You have had exposure to applications built with any of the following:

• Javascript/Typescript Next/NestJS

• Testing frameworks such as:

• Appium

• Playwright

• Supertest

• K6/Artillery/JMeter

• Contract Testing tools such as PACT

• Observability frameworks such as GrafanaorDatadog
