Responsibilities

- Manage repair orders including entry documentation and follow-up.
- Provide accurate estimates and explain recommended services to customers.
- Maintain organized and efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment.
- Work closely with technicians to ensure timely service completion.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
