Job Summary
The National Rare Cardiac Engagement & Evidence Insights Lead plays a missioncritical role in sustaining and advancing Pfizers leadership in the evolving Rare Cardiac and Amyloid landscape and informs broader enterprise strategy and future rare cardiac and amyloid business development opportunities.
As Vyndamax now a $4B focus brand for Pfizer enters its second year of an intense and pivotal competitive period this role is central to shaping the national amyloid growth strategy by translating deep HCP insights into clinical data positioning and enterprisewide execution across the most impactful accounts. We are also entering a critical midlife cycle planning phase which requires continued pulse and focus on the rare cardiac space.
This role serves as the connective tissue between HCP mindset clinical evidence and commercial strategy ensuring that promotion is directly informed by realworld insights from priority physicians and institutions. Success in this role accelerates share growth by aligning stakeholders around a unified strategy in the Top 25 amyloid accounts that disproportionately influence business performance.
Acting as a strategic bridge between HQ and field teams this decisionshaping leadership role will determine which insights matter how they can support evidence and where the organization focuses to insight-driven decision-making and continuous optimization this role helps maintain commercial momentum and leadership of Vyndamax in a dynamic ATTR-CM market.
Beyond Amyloid/Vyndamax execution this role functions as the enterpriselevel point of integration for external amyloid insights rare cardiac market place insights serving as a strategic input into future business development considerations and ensuring market learnings inform broader enterprise strategy.
This position reports to the Vice President Rare Cardiac Therapeutic Area Lead.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Amyloid Engagement and Evidence Generation
- Set and own the national amyloid strategy with enterprise accountability for driving sustained share growth across the Top 25 accounts that have the greatest impact on franchise performance
- Define and elevate the HCP insight agenda by identifying the beliefs decision drivers and structural barriers that materially influence diagnosis and treatment behavior in priority amyloid accounts
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs and HCP lead to leverage HCP insights in prioritizing data concentrating on in-depth analysis of scientific evidence customer information and market trends while carefully managing innovation and risk within CFL governance.
- Serve as the senior strategic integrator across Commercial Medical Affairs Access TLELs and Field Leadership to ensure consistent alignment around insightled account strategy and growth priorities
- Establish the strategic framework for Top 25 account planning partnering with Senior commercial and field leaders to define success criteria identifying growth constraints and guiding coordinated action at the system level
- Own national strategy for faculty selection engagement models and channel deployment recognizing the material commercial and reputational implications of decisions in a highly concentrated expert landscape.
- Lead global KOL engagement strategy exercising primary decision-making authority to ensure local market insights shape enterprise-wide commercial initiatives and drive cross-market collaboration with significant impact on overall business outcomes
Rare Cardiac/Amyloid Business Development
- Function as the enterprise point of connection for external amyloid insights synthesizing peer market and competitive learnings to inform future amyloid business development considerations and longrange enterprise strategy
- Rare Disease lead and primary contact for the Specialty Care Portfolio Pipeline Lead to support comprehensive specialty care pipeline development including evaluating clinical trial landscape multidisciplinary approachs for complex conditions to contribute to portfolio growth
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Candidatedemonstratesa breadth of diverse capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers develop and coach others oversee and guide the work of external stakeholders to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
- Bachelors degree required 8 years of commercial marketing experience. Advanced degree in a medical or health-related field preferred.
- US Vyndamax experience required.
- Rare Cardiac commercial experience required and medical experience highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of ATTR-CM medical literature required.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial and data across amyloid rare cardiology and heart failure preferred
- Deep understanding of all U.S. healthcare system and IDN/key accounts
