Our opportunity:

As a Customer Renewal Specialist at Automation Anywhere the leader in Agentic Process Automation (APA) youll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients continue to maximize value from our innovative industry-leading this role youll be responsible for meeting or exceeding renewal quotas proactively identifying and mitigating potential renewal risks and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences. Your background in renewals or account managementpaired with a proven track record in software sales particularly within the SaaS or subscription spacewill set you up for success. Who youll report to:

This role reports to Sr. Manager Customer Retention

Location:

San Jose CA Office- 3 to 4 days in office

Youll make an impact by being responsible for:

  • Meeting or exceeding assigned sales objectives and quotas for renewal business
  • Working closely with Customer Success Sales Contract Ops and Support teams to stay updated with customer issues and problems affecting customer retention
  • Working closely with the Sales Team to track any upsell or cross opportunities and ensure renewals stay on track
  • Identifying at-risk renewal clients early in the cycle and defining and addressing issues inhibiting a successful timely renewal
  • Educating and effectively communicating the value of company solutions to client decision-makers including C-level business leaders technical staff legal security and operations personnel in prospective accounts
  • Maintaining updating and managing all renewal opportunities

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • 4 years of Renewal or account management experience
  • Experience selling software products that are on-demand and recurring in nature
  • Experience using as CRM required
  • Software Sales experience; SaaS or subscription salesis preferred
  • Experience and knowledge of AI Automation and/or APA preferred

Thesalary rangeor on-target earnings (base salary on-target incentives)for this position is$120000 - $150000a year. Thesalaryultimately offered is determined through a review of education industry experience training knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors. This position is also eligible forequity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
