Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in ensuring product quality and compliance within Novonesis Human Health value chain As our new Human Health Product Quality Manager in Hørsholm you will work closely with skilled colleagues lead quality discussions and directly influence how our products meet customer expectations.*

Welcome to Human Health Product Management Team

You will be part of a global network of talented Product Quality Managers and Human Health Quality professionals who collaborate across the quality organization and align with PQMs from other business units. Your daily interactions will include working alongside Human Health Product Management Team members and other PQMs in the Human Health PQM department with additional collaboration with local Quality Product Development Sales Marketing Business Support and Quality Control teams. You will play a key role in ensuring our products consistently reach customers with the right quality and safety standards.

In this role youll make an impact

You will be the voice of the customer on quality matters driving improvements and ensuring compliance throughout the Novonesis Human Health value chain. Your responsibilities will include leading quality-related discussions and decisions within the Product Management Team supporting local Quality teams in handling complex product complaints and ensuring that product specifications meet both current and future market needs. You will also facilitate initiatives to reduce customer complaints and align processes across industries always keeping efficiency and compliance at the forefront.

In addition some of your key tasks will include:

Understanding current and future requirements from customers and the market

Leading quality-related discussions and decisions within the Product Management Team

Ensuring the quality and compliance of products within the Novonesis Human Health value chain

Making final decisions regarding dispensations of Finished Goods

Facilitating and driving actions to reduce the number of customer complaints

Collaboration with colleagues is central to your role as you will engage with key stakeholders on a daily and ad hoc basis ensuring alignment and knowledge sharing across teams while working in a hybrid setup and adhering to NVS remote work guidelines.

We expect you to bring:

. Science

Proven track record as a people manager or project manager

At least 5 years of relevant working experience preferably within Novonesis Novozymes or Chr. Hansen

Consistent leadership and guidance in uncertain or complex situations

Clear and timely communication and problem-solving abilities

Excellent stakeholder management skills in a matrix organization

Ability to navigate evolving work processes while maintaining business continuity

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Additionally we expect you to demonstrate knowledge of Human Health culture development formulation manufacturing processes analysis and intended product use. You should be able to promote business opportunities with a solution-oriented approach always upholding high quality standards.

You will succeed in this role if you are organized able to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and comfortable moving between operational and strategic work. Building credibility and trust across various teams you navigate competing agendas diplomatically and create a constructive atmosphere even during complex discussions. You take responsibility for both processes and outcomes adapt your communication to different audiences and summarize complex information into clear actionable messages. Embracing change and ambiguity you enjoy learning new concepts and actively seek ways to improve team efficiency.
