About the Role

We are seeking aWES/WCS Technical Developerto join our team for an on-site logistics technology implementation project withProcter & Gamble Canada. This role involves deploying debugging and optimizing aWarehouse Control System (WCS) collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring seamless system integration.

Key Responsibilities

On-Site Implementation & Support:

• Deploy debug and optimize theWarehouse Control System.
• Conduct user training to ensure stable system operation.

Development & Testing:

• Participate in requirement analysis and solution design.
• Develop core modules usingJava (SpringBoot SpringMVC MyBatis)and perform unit testing.

Troubleshooting & Documentation:

• Resolve technical faults during implementation and provide on-site support.
• Document implementation processes operation manuals and troubleshooting guides.

Collaboration:

• Liaise with clients and internal R&D teams to sync requirement changes and technical issues.
• Act as a technical bridge between electrical control mechanical and software teams.
• Algorithm Optimization:
• Contribute to logistics scheduling algorithms to improve warehouse efficiency.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelors degree or higher inComputer Science Software Engineering Information Engineering Logistics Engineering Automation or related fields.

Technical Skills:

• 2 years of Java development(SpringBoot SpringMVC MyBatis).
• Experience withWCS systemsor warehouse automation projects (AGVs stacker cranes conveyors).
• Proficiency inMySQL Linux and basic electrical control systems(PLCs sensors).

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel long-term and adapt to on-site work rhythms.
