DescriptionIn This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Perform assembly tasks within the Operations team following approved work instructions and process requirements
- Comply with company policies procedures and daily production arrangements
- Complete production tasks with a strong focus on quality accuracy and efficiency
- Actively apply sound judgment and safe work practices to prevent health safety and environmental incidents
- Maintain a clean orderly and safe work environment at all times
- Participate in required training including certification where applicable for specialized operations such as pressure testing
Who You Are:
You consistently follow through on commitments and take responsibility for delivering reliable results. You demonstrate good judgment in daily work especially in matters related to safety and quality and you remain attentive to detail even in repetitive tasks. You communicate clearly with supervisors and team members and you are open to learning and applying new skills to improve both individual and team performance.
For This Role You Will Need:
- Technical school education or above
- Basic understanding of mechanical concepts and principles
- Experience in product assembly or a related manufacturing environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Willingness to follow defined processes and safety requirements
- Readiness to complete internal training and certification as required for specific tasks
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience working in a structured manufacturing or industrial environment
- Familiarity with quality safety or lean production practices
- Experience with pressure testing or similar specialized assembly tasks
- A proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues in daily work
