About the Role

Service Operation and Tech support in Sound United China Customer Service organization

What You Will Do

  • Technical Support for CN distributors/ customers/service center

  • Monitor 400 hotline service quality

  • Service parts operation and inventory plan

  • Feedback technical and quality issue to QA and got solution

  • KA support to help them reduce the return rate

  • Repair report making

  • Other service PJ or new tasks from line manager

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Associate degree or above with at least5yearsof relevant working experience;

  • Technical skills and knowledge of electronics/audio

  • Good knowledge of Bluetooth and network connection

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills English speaking and writing is requested

  • Knowledge of after-service

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word) with basic data consolidation and analysis skills;

  • Strong logic sense

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Hands-on experience in managing outsourced 400 hotline service centers or authorized repair/service partners.

  • Experience with SAP and Salesforce systems.
