Job Title:Test Proctor

Department: Academics

Position Summary:TheTest Proctorisresponsible forplanning coordinating and overseeing all school-based assessments to ensure smooth administration testing integrity and compliance with testing requirements. This role works closely with school leadership and staff to supportaccurate efficient and secure testing processes. This is a part-time position with workload that increases during peak testing windows and is lighter during non-testing periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule all school-based testing administrations (SAT AP PSAT STAMP NWEA and internal assessments) including make-up testing for eligible absent students

• Develop testing plans and materials ( room and staff assignments rosters testing environment)

• Manage testing platforms and vendor coordination (e.g. College Board ACT) including ordering and setup

• Verify student rosters eligibility and accommodations and coordinate with the Learning Resource Center to ensureaccurateimplementation of all approved supports prior to testing

• Train and support proctors and staff on testing procedures and expectations

• Draft and coordinate distribution of clear andtimelycommunication to students parents and staffregardingtesting schedules and expectations

• Serve as the on-site lead during testing administration ensuring smooth execution across all locations Oversee test administration and troubleshoot issues in real time

• Maintain testing security confidentiality and compliance with all policies and procedures

• Document and report testing irregularitiesin accordance withtesting guidelines

• Maintainaccuratetesting records and documentation

• Serve as a resource to staff and administration on testing procedures and requirements

• Support student awareness of standardized testing requirements related to scholarship eligibility (e.g. SAT/ACT benchmarks and timelines)

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degreerequired; Certification or training in testing administration accommodations or educational leadership is a plus.

• 35 years of experience in education school operations orassessmentcoordination. Experience with standardized testing and compliance processes preferred.

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Attention to detail and ability to managelogisticsunder strict timelines

• Familiarity with testing platforms and data systems

• Knowledge ofaccommodationand compliance requirements

• Effective communication and collaboration skills; ability to problem-solve in high-pressure situations.

• Proficiencywith testing and data platforms (e.g. College Board systems ACT portals and student information systems); strong working knowledge of spreadsheets and data tracking;

• Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate with IT during testing.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Ability to lift move push and pull equipment or boxes up to 10 pounds
