• Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish
• Train and mentor install helpers and apprentices in the field
• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently safely and to the companys standards
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the install process
• Maintain organized job sites paperwork and company vehicles

• 2 years of HVAC installation experience
• EPA Certification required
• Strong leadership mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus
