Body Shop Technician

Ray Laethem is Hiring Body Shop Technicians to work in a friendly and professional work environment. We offer competitive pay plans and have plenty of work available. JOB DUTIES:

• Perform collision repairs according to manufacturer and industry standards
• Repair and replace damaged body panels frames and components
• Conduct body filler sanding grinding and metal finishing work
• Remove and reinstall vehicle parts and trim
• Maintain repair quality and meet production deadlines
• Work closely with estimators painters and management
• Ensure a clean safe and organized work environment

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have previous experience as a body shop technician
• Knowledge of repair procedures welding and frame repair
• Have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
