genU is looking for a passionate and hands-on Disability Services Team Leader (Service Delivery Leader) who leads from the front and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This is a frontline leadership role supporting people living with disability in accommodation and community settings. Youll take ownership of service delivery - from supporting people with a range of needs including complex care to mentoring your team and building strong relationships with the people we support.

What youll do
As a Disability Services Team Leader (Service Delivery Leader) youll:
- Lead person-centred support across accommodation and community programs
- Provide hands-on leadership coaching and support to your team
- Support people with complex needs including Behaviour Support Plans
- Build relationships with clients families and stakeholders
- Ensure NDIS compliance safeguarding standards and accurate documentation
- Participate in an after-hours on-call roster (approx. every 3 weeks)

What youll bring
- Experience in disability aged care or community services
- Passion for supporting people and delivering person-centred outcomes
- Ability or readiness to lead support or mentor teams
- Experience with complex needs or behaviours of concern (desirable)
- Certificate IV in Disability (or similar) preferred not essential
- Willingness to learn and build knowledge of NDIS standards
(Youll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate but dont worry well help guide you through this.)
