Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Develop implement and follow up the countrys financial strategy and goals aligned with the overall vision and mission of the Group;
Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness;
Monitor and report on the companys financial performance including revenue expenses cash flow profitability and key financial metrics;
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions and initiatives;
Ensure compliance with all financial laws regulations and standards and maintain internal controls and policies;
Lead mentor and develop the finance team fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration;
Establish and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders such as investors banks auditors and regulators
We are looking for a candidate who has:
Bachelors degree in accounting finance or related field;
Proven experience as a senior finance leader in a similar industry or organization
In-depth knowledge of financial planning analysis accounting reporting and auditing
Strong understanding of financial regulations standards and best practices
Excellent strategic thinking problem-solving and decision-making skills
Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
