Germany CFO

Responsibilities:

• Develop implement and follow up the countrys financial strategy and goals aligned with the overall vision and mission of the Group;

• Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness;

• Monitor and report on the companys financial performance including revenue expenses cash flow profitability and key financial metrics;

• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions and initiatives;

• Ensure compliance with all financial laws regulations and standards and maintain internal controls and policies;

• Lead mentor and develop the finance team fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration;

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders such as investors banks auditors and regulators

We are looking for a candidate who has:

• Bachelors degree in accounting finance or related field;

• Proven experience as a senior finance leader in a similar industry or organization

• In-depth knowledge of financial planning analysis accounting reporting and auditing

• Strong understanding of financial regulations standards and best practices

• Excellent strategic thinking problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
