Tasks

  • Identify and qualify potential business opportunities by researching market trends and analyzing client needs within the staffing and recruiting industry.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their recruitment needs and present suitable Gen Z candidates for GTM roles.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing and operations to align on business development strategies and ensure effective execution.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to showcase the value of partnering with GENZ4GTM to potential clients.
  • Track and report on sales metrics and business development activities using data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve targeted revenue goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role preferably within the staffing or recruiting industry.
  • Strong understanding of Gen Z culture and values with the ability to communicate effectively with this demographic.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
