Job Description:

Experience 7 to 11 years of experience in Project Management to lead stakeholder engagement scope and change management and schedule management for successful project delivery

Lead and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals Oversee scope and change management processes to maintain project integrity and adapt to evolving requirements

Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules ensuring timely delivery of milestones

Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively

Implement best practices in project management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Support benefits management initiatives to maximize project value realization

Assist in project financial management by tracking budgets and expenditures

Identify and mitigate risks through effective risk and crisis management strategies

Facilitate clear communication across all project stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong communication channels

Define and control project scope including handling change requests and impact assessments

Create update and monitor detailed project schedules using appropriate tools

Track project benefits and report on value realization to senior management

Collaborate with finance teams to oversee project budgets and financial forecasts Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to address them

Lead change management activities during project transitions

Coordinate with various teams to ensure resource availability and allocation

Provide regular status updates and reports to project sponsors and leadership Mentor and guide junior project team members on project management practices
