Location: 3 days/week Hybrid in Plymouth PA

3. Client-facing communication and consultative problem-solving

Must-Haves:

6 8 years professional web dev ideally agency-side

Strong WordPress and modern CMS experience

HTML CSS/SASS JavaScript PHP APIs Git/version control

Experience leading or mentoring developers

Client-facing communication skills - this person will advise clients directly

Speed and ownership mentality - this is the explicit gap Bailey is trying to fill

Accessibility standards (WCAG) and performance optimization experience

Nice-to-Haves:

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Magento/Adobe Commerce or HubSpot experience

Scoping estimating and resourcing familiarity (partnering with PM)

Experience evolving or scaling a dev teams workflows and standards

Full Tech Stack:

Candidate Sweet Spot: Agency-side senior dev or lead who has grown beyond pure execution and started owning delivery - someone whos naturally fast takes initiative and doesnt need a lot of direction. Could come from a mid-size digital agency interactive shop or brand consultancy. Likely frustrated at a place where theyre stuck in a lane and wants to lead something.
