Job Summary
HVAC Technician/ Installer (Full time)
Pensacola FL
Our client is a fast-growing HVAC company known for quality service strong customer relationships and a positive team-oriented culture focused on growth and professionalism.
The HVAC Technician will install maintain and repair heating and air conditioning systems at residential and commercial job sites across Pensacola. Responsibilities include diagnosing system issues performing preventive maintenance ensuring safety compliance and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC certification or technical training
- HVAC and electrical experience required
- 3 years of HVAC experience preferred (training available for strong entry-level candidates)
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and maintenance practices
Schedule:
Enjoy a full-time schedule Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM with potential for overtime. Technicians begin their day by coming to the office which operates from 8 AM to 5 PM and then dispatch to various job sites ensuring efficiency and responsiveness to customer needs. Weekend availability and on-call shifts may be needed to meet customer demands.
