About the Role
Rail Infotech LLC is looking for an experienced and strategic Java Architect to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will drive architecture innovation and technical excellence across enterprise-grade platforms while leading engineering teams toward scalable and high-quality solution delivery.
Role Overview
As a Java Architect you will be responsible for designing scalable enterprise systems defining architecture standards and guiding development teams in building robust secure and high-performing applications aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Define end-to-end architecture for enterprise applications
Design microservices-based and cloud-native solutions
Drive architecture governance coding standards and best practices
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams
Lead technical design discussions and architectural decision-making
Ensure application performance scalability security and reliability
Mentor and guide development teams
Required Skills & Experience
10 15 years of strong experience in Java / J2EE technologies
Expertise in Spring Boot Microservices and REST APIs
Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Strong understanding of System Design and Design Patterns
Experience with Docker Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines
Strong database experience with Oracle MySQL and NoSQL databases
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ (Event-driven architecture)
Exposure to performance tuning and security best practices
Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations
