Job Summary

Role Description:

Agile SAFe Scrum Master: Experienced Scrum Master with proven record of working with Life Science Industry

1. Align teams with project vision sprint goals and release objectives

2. Facilitate agile development and coach pods for PGS projects

3. Communicate impediments to leadership clear them for pods

4. Support Product Owners with backlog management communication and alignment

5. Schedule and facilitate Agile ceremonies and partner with Owners for a prioritized backlog

Required Skills:

Agile SAFe Scrum Master

1. Deep Agile Software development (SAFe) experience in pharma manufacturing

2. JIRA and JIRA Align proficiency

3. SDLC cGxP and regulatory compliance experience

4. Project Management skills in planning backlog grooming and daily sprint management

5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

6. Self-driven Agile project leadership

7. Technical background in QA Analytics in Pharmaceutical Industry

8. Knowledge in Veeva SQM is preferred but not requried

9. Expert in PI planning

10. Life Science Experience

11. Familiarity with SDLC Agile methodologies Jira qTest and data validation tools

12. Experience in eQMS such as Veeva is a big plus
