Head of Finance, Accounting, and Tax

Our client a leading and fast-growing consulting services company is hiring a Financial Controller to support its growth and expansion plan. This role will be a key member of the management team acting as a finance business partner and overseeing end-to-end finance accounting tax treasury and reporting functions while strengthening policies SOPs and governance.

Job Description

• Lead statutory financial accounting tax management treasury budgeting and management reporting.
• Develop implement and continuously improve finance policies SOPs and internal controls.
• Act as finance business partner to management supporting strategic and operational decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards tax regulations and internal policies.
• Manage and develop a lean finance team; build strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Liaise with external parties (auditors tax consultants banks) and when required support client-related finance matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or related field (CPA/CA is a strong advantage).
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance accounting and tax.
• Background as ex-auditor from reputable audit firm with exposure beyond pure audit.
• Experience in consulting professional services or service-based companies preferred.
• Strong understanding of statutory reporting tax treasury and management reporting.
• Strong communication people management and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a lean organization and hands-on environment.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
