Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Transition Management professional to oversee and manage SAP and IT service transitions across multiple regions/zones. The role requires strong coordination stakeholder management risk mitigation and governance capabilities to ensure smooth transition execution within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and manage the status of SAP and IT service transitions across multiple zones/regions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams SAP functional/technical teams vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless transition activities.
• Identify manage and resolve conflicts or dependencies between involved parties.
• Highlight and escalate bottlenecks risks and issues that may impact transition timelines or service delivery.
• Drive governance calls transition reviews and status reporting with stakeholders.
• Prepare maintain and monitor detailed transition plans trackers and governance reports.
• Ensure adherence to transition milestones timelines and quality standards.
• Support knowledge transfer activities transition readiness assessments and service handovers.
• Collaborate with SAP Basis SAP Functional SAP Technical Infrastructure Operations and Service Delivery teams for successful transition and stabilization.
• Ensure smooth transition of SAP support operations and managed services.
• Provide regular progress updates dashboards and executive-level reports to leadership teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in SAP Transition Management IT Service Transition or SAP Program/Project Management.
• Strong understanding of SAP landscapes SAP support models and IT service transition lifecycle processes.
• Experience handling global or multi-region SAP transitions.
• Knowledge of SAP environments such as SAP ECC S/4HANA SAP Basis SAP AMS or SAP Infrastructure support.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong risk management governance and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple transitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with transition planning governance reporting and escalation management.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service delivery frameworks is preferred.
