Job Summary
Mechanic - Fleet / Heavy Equipment
Salt Lake City Area
Full Time. $32-38/ hr. (DOE) Benefits
What Youll Do
- Diagnose and repair diesel hydraulic and electrical systems
- Maintain and service fleet vehicles heavy equipment
- Work on directional drills excavators trenchers trailers and more
- Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
- Handle field service calls when equipment breaks down
- Complete welding/fabrication as needed
- Keep equipment safe reliable and job-ready
What Were Looking For
- Experience with heavy equipment diesel or fleet repair
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of hydraulics electrical and diesel engines
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Welding/fabrication experience is a plus
- Must have own tools
- Valid drivers license required
- CDL is a bonus (but not required) Work Environment
