Front Desk Assistant South Bend IN
This opening is designed as a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing both administrative and accounting-related office responsibilities. This position will assist with front desk operations while also supporting bookkeeping payroll billing and additional office functions as needed. The company is looking for a dependable team player who is detail-oriented able to multitask and willing to jump in wherever needed to support daily office operations.
Job Duties:
Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Assisting with invoicing billing bookkeeping and payroll-related duties
Handling front desk responsibilities and general office support
Supporting day-to-day administrative operations and additional duties as assigned
Working closely with team members to help maintain smooth office flow

Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities
Previous office bookkeeping payroll or billing experience preferred
Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
Ability to work independently while remaining a team player
