Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Quality Multifamily Manager (Level K) to support the 767 Program Quality team onsite in Everett Washington.

The 767 Program Quality Organization is seeking a collaborative and results-oriented leader to manage our SPEEA-represented J09 (MRBD) teams across multiple this role you will lead quality-related activities partner with a broad range of stakeholders and help drive performance consistency and continuous improvement across the program. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful contribution through quality leadership team development and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong planning organization and strategic decision-making skills; and a proactive solutions-focused mindset.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead SPEEA-represented salaried Material Review Board Designee (MRBD-J09) teams across multiple shifts

  • Support quality activities including defect scoping bound investigations and documentation

  • Develop and execute business plans policies procedures and quality strategies aligned to program and site needs

  • Provide coaching and guidance on Quality System processes compliance expectations and standard work

  • Manage staffing and resources effectively to support safety quality delivery and cost objectives

  • Lead process improvement initiatives and drive adoption of innovative data-informed solutions

  • Build and sustain strong working relationships with customers stakeholders peers partners and suppliers

  • Support employee development and promote a culture of accountability teamwork and continuous learning

  • Apply systems thinking to understand and communicate the cross-functional and downstream impacts of decisions

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader temp manager large scale cross functional project/program management or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course Exploring Leadership.

  • 3 years of management experience with Quality or Operations or leading managers/teams in Operations and/or Quality position

  • 3 years of experience mentoring coaching guiding and leading teams

  • 3 years of experience leading teams through process and change management

  • 3 years of experience implementing continuous improvement

  • 3 years of experience communicating complex technical risks translating impact and advising senior leaders

  • Ability to balance multiple competing priorities and work streams

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 1 years of experience leading or managing in a union represented environment

  • 1 years of experience working on Material Review Board (MRB) processes

  • 1 years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)

  • 1 years of experience overseeing regulatory compliance and interacting with customers and regulatory agencies

  • 1 years of experience executing multi-business unit program or projects

  • 1 years of experience working cross-functionally in a leadership role

  • 1 years of experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
