Project Registration Specialist

As a Project Registration Specialist at ADI you will support our sales teams by managing project registration applications with various product vendors. This role is essential in ensuring competitive pricing for large projects and aligning stakeholders to drive profitable business growth. You will also be responsible for developing scalable support tools maintaining vendor relationships and driving continuous process improvement across a high-performing sales organization.

Your collaboration with the assigned ADI branches will be key to strengthening partnerships and enhancing cooperation between ADI Sales Suppliers and the Project Registration Group.

JOB DUTIES:

• Foster strong engagement with ADI branches and sales teams to drive sales and to follow SOP for project registration process.
• Register large projects with vendors to secure special pricing. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy is a must.
• Support sales teams by creating updating and re-pricing customer quotes and job contracts.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure accurate and timely handling of registration requests.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of supplier registration requirements and guidelines.
• Develop and document clear efficient processes for project registration including defined points of contact.
• Ensure price deviations are re-registered to ensure quantity and pricing match for customers ADI and suppliers.
• Review of daily reports to ensure all registration opportunities available are reviewed with stakeholders.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in roles supporting sales teams or customer service.
• Experience using Salesforce and Excel systems
