Location: Mesa AZ
Pay: $25.00/hour
Schedule: Monday Friday
- 4 days: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- 1 day: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
We are currently seeking an experienced Enrollment Advisor / College Recruiter for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Mesa AZ. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in college admissions enrollment advising recruiting or sales. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships guiding prospective students through the enrollment process and working in a fast-paced goal-driven environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting prospective students through the admissions and enrollment process
- Conducting interviews and follow-up communications with applicants
- Building and maintaining strong candidate/student pipelines
- Meeting enrollment and placement goals
- Providing excellent customer service and support
- Maintaining accurate records and student information
Requirements:
- Previous enrollment advising college recruiting admissions recruiting or sales experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude with strong organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and attendance
